From study to career, tackling Initial barriers!
We often see markets being full in search of fresh talents and enthusiasts who have just stepped into the
world of corporate. It still happens that the freshers and young talents face difficulties finding a dream
job or something that they look for. The only reason is there are opportunities that are not going into
the right hands and the hands are grabbing opportunities they get instead of what they deserve or aim for.
Many of the graduates get influenced by their friends or peers and land up doing something recommended by
others and not by their own interest. Few people who are not able to recognise their interests in any core
academics take up random opportunities that they are being offered, which also takes them far from what
they actually aim to do.
When freshers actually get the right job, there are still a lot of challenges that they face being into
their first experience. The college provides them the experience or environment that they are going to get
being in a workplace, but the corporate requires more than just the experiences provided to them. They
need exposure & a zeal to keep learning & growing!
Being a fresher, the aspirants are still learning to build a great amount of skills as compared to others in the surroundings and this can be quite challenging for them in their initial work phase. This is not just the matter of skill sets, but various other factors that could be the right amount of guidance that the freshers should get or the environment in which they are working. A healthy work environment plays a major role in making a positive experience and impact for freshers.

If I talk about my own experience at Algocirrus, around a year back, I was a complete fresher with no
experience, a person with big dreams & scattered thoughts when I kick started my career. The way Algocirrus
helped me in transforming my own self & gaining experience, skills & of course the much needed exposure, I am
sure this is something that every fresher needs or even wants.
I have been associated with Algocirrus for over 1+ years now and have observed and learned thousands of things
being here. The team has always guided me and provided a healthy environment as it always does. Algocirrus
believes in shaping the career of freshers because it believes young minds need a lot of experience in
multiple fields. It respects the talent and skill sets that a fresher carries and strongly believes in

The fresher can choose one field while grabbing a job. But what if they have other skills and interests within
them which can prove to be a game changer for them? Working here can allow one to rely on the company’s
instincts to provide them with an opportunity to explore one’s hidden abilities. Being an IT company, it has
multiple relevant opportunities in multiple IT & management fields and domains. It believes in not restricting
an individual to one role and responsibility and carrying it forever. Rather, every employee with a keen
knowledge or interest in different domains is promoted to explore their expertise and work towards their
role(s) diversifications so that the growth is never stagnant!
“A good college will provide you a high-paid job or the college is the only option to get a job.” This is the
most common myth among freshers while it actually depends on the person. The right set of skills is what is
going to help one get a job & the pay eventually gets good once the skills & expertise is in the hands!
“College is just a staircase that helps you reach your dream job by your own hard work but it is not the only factor.”
The things that freshers look for in their jobs are whether they want to focus on learning or on making
money. The ultimate goal of working is eventually to make the dream figure of pay, but initially the
freshers should wisely choose a job full of learning opportunities. Freshers always look for high paying
jobs, but then the growth becomes static. A job that pays high initially will make the income static at
one point of time along with the growth as one’s focus would always lie towards getting a good package
instead of developing skills worthy of a great package.
I believe that freshers should choose learning over earning in their beginning phase. Because, the
learnings will stay and help you gain income at a high level. Skipping the learning part may affect your
growth later in many terms.
If you ask me about my life changing moment, I would say kick starting my career with AlgoCirrus has been
a biggest life changer for me in aspects of guidance, growth, exposure and so on. Never forget that you
are just a step away from getting something that you’ve been manifesting for. Follow your goals & never
settle for anything lesser. That job is made for you, prepare yourself for it and just do your best
without thinking about the results.
